EDGE CɅSE™ provides these Evaluation Products “AS IS” with limited warranties. You assume all responsibility and liability for handling and use of the Evaluation Product, including, without limitation, the responsibility to take appropriate precautions regarding electrostatic discharge and other technical issues.

You hereby indemnify EDGE CɅSE™ from any claim arising from your handling or use of the Evaluation Product. Except for the limited purpose of internal development and evaluation as specified above, no license—express, implied, by estoppel, or otherwise—to any EDGE CɅSE™ intellectual property rights is granted hereunder.

EDGE CɅSE™ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RELATING TO USE OF ANY EVALUATION PRODUCT.
