X680v1.3 Overview

Product Overview

Introducing the X680 4-port IP KVM Switch, designed to provide secure remote management of up to four computers/servers from virtually anywhere via the internet or your local area network (LAN). Setting it apart from software solutions that necessitate installation and operate through your server's operating system, the X680 offers KVM control from the BIOS level onwards.

With the X680, you can easily reboot, monitor the entire boot process, and interact with your connected system. The integrated remote ATX power control feature enables you to conveniently power on/off, reset, and monitor power and storage LED activity remotely. Additionally, it includes 3 extra USB 2.0 ports for peripheral sharing (such as USB storage, CD ROM, etc.), facilitating file transfers and disk emulation for remote application and OS installations.

The X680 Switch supports direct switching via buttons on the front panel and hotkey functionality through a keyboard connected to the dedicated USB 1.1 port. Furthermore, it enables remote hotkey switching between computers for simplified monitoring tasks.
